Terms and Conditions

The terms for using servearound: accounts, plans and billing, your data and your guests', and what each side is responsible for.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between servearound ("servearound", "we", "us") and the business that signs up for servearound ("you"). By creating an account or using servearound you accept them on behalf of that business, and confirm you are allowed to. If you don't accept them, don't use servearound.

The service

servearound is software for running restaurants and other hospitality venues: reservations and waitlist, menus and ordering, kitchen display and point of sale, guest CRM, analytics and email campaigns, used in a web browser. What each venue can use depends on its plan.

We keep improving servearound, so features change. If a change takes away something important you pay for, we will tell you before it happens.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for everyone you invite to it: keep sign-in details safe, give each person only the access they need, and tell us at hello@servearound.com if you think an account has been misused. The details you give us, including your business and billing details, must be accurate.

Plans and prices

Plans are priced per venue, per month, and billed monthly or yearly; a yearly plan costs less than twelve monthly payments. Current prices are on the pricing page. There is no free trial.

The currency, and any tax, follow the country your business is billed in. You tell us that country when you sign up, and the billing address you give at checkout must be in it. Prices shown according to where you browse from are for information only.

Assisted setup, where offered, is a one-time charge per venue, waived on yearly plans. An offer code applies only as described with the offer and for the period it states, and can't be exchanged for money.

Paying

Stripe takes payment when you subscribe and then at the start of each billing period, until the plan ends. Card details go to Stripe, never to us. If a payment fails, we let you know and try again; if it can't be collected, we may pause the account until it is.

Prices can change. A new price applies to new subscriptions; yours keeps the price you subscribed at unless we tell you otherwise in advance, and then the change applies from your next billing period.

Changing your plan

Moving to a larger plan, or adding a venue, takes effect straight away and is charged first, for the rest of the current billing period. Moving to a smaller plan, or closing a venue, takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the app, with Cancel Plan. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then ends; until then, Keep My Plan undoes the cancellation. Payments already made are not refunded, including for the unused part of a period, unless the law requires it. When the plan ends, the features it included are switched off.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts servearound or other people at risk, or stays unpaid. Where we can, we warn you first and give you time to put it right.

Your data and your guests'

What you and your team put into servearound stays yours, including your guests' data. You allow us to use it only to provide and support servearound for you, as our privacy policy describes.

For your guests' personal data, you are the controller and we are your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for collecting it, for telling your guests how you use it, and for answering their requests; we help where we can. We process it only to provide servearound and on your instructions, keep it confidential and secure, and use only the providers named in the privacy policy.

Before you close your account, you can ask us for a copy of your data. Once the account is closed, we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.

Emails to your guests

servearound sends booking emails, reminders and receipts on your behalf. Marketing campaigns can go only to guests who agreed to receive them: servearound asks each guest to confirm by email, puts an unsubscribe link in every campaign, and stops sending to anyone who unsubscribes, or whose address bounces or complains. Don't add or write to people who haven't agreed, and stay within the sending limits in your account. We may hold or stop campaigns that put email delivery at risk for everyone.

Fair use

Don't use servearound to break the law, send spam, store or send harmful or infringing content, reach accounts or data that aren't yours, overload or probe the service, or copy or resell it. Payments taken through servearound must be for real sales at your venues.

Our part

We provide servearound with reasonable skill and care, keep it secure, and help you through Help & support in the app. We aim to keep it running at all times, but maintenance, failures or events outside our control can interrupt it, and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Ownership

servearound, its software, design and content belong to us. While your plan is active, you may use it for your business; nothing else passes to you. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud. Otherwise, neither of us is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability under these terms in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us in those twelve months.

You are responsible for how you use servearound, for the content you put into it, and for how you treat your guests' data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you about important changes by email or in the app before they take effect; using servearound after that means you accept them. If you don't, you can cancel as described above.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts decide any dispute about them. We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first.
