Introducing servearound

servearound is open to restaurants. Bookings, the floor, the menu, the kitchen, the till and the guest list run on one system, sold per venue.

servearound is open to restaurants. It is one system for the whole service: the booking, the table, the order, the kitchen ticket, the bill, and the guest who comes back next month. This is what it is, who it is for, how it is sold, and what comes next.
Why one system
Most restaurants run a service on several tools that were never meant to meet: a booking site that does not know the floor plan, a menu in a PDF, a tablet for orders, a till, and a spreadsheet holding it all together after close. Each one does its own job. The trouble sits in the gaps between them: a table promised twice, an order typed in again and typed wrong, a regular nobody recognises because their history lives somewhere else.
servearound keeps all of it on one record. A booking becomes a seated table. The table's check carries the order to the kitchen, and the bill closes against the same table. The visit then lands on the guest's profile. Nothing is copied from one system to another, so there is nothing to reconcile at the end of the night.
What is in it
Six modules, in the order a service runs:
- Reservations & Waitlist. The venue's own booking page, which can also sit inside its website. A live waitlist at the door, walk-ins, and the floor plan the host seats from, with tables joined and split.
- Menus. A QR menu at every table, the screens in the room and the printed menu, all fed from one library of dishes. Mark a dish sold out and it leaves every table's menu at once.
- Order Fulfillment. Ordering at the table, a kitchen board for every station and the point of sale, all working on one order. Each dish reaches the station that cooks it with its options and notes.
- Guest CRM. One profile for each guest, filled by every booking, order and bill: visits, spend, allergies, notes, tiers and feedback.
- Analytics. Eight reports read from the service itself, with every figure set against the period before it.
- Campaigns. Email to the guests who said yes to it, written to audiences the guest list already keeps, with unsubscribes handled.
The modules build on one another. Checks open on the floor plan, the guest profile fills from the checks, and campaigns write to the guest list. A venue can start with bookings and the menu and add the rest when it is ready.
One venue or a group
servearound works the same way for one venue as for a group of them. Each venue keeps its own floor plans, menus, service hours and reports. A menu can be copied to the group's other venues, and a guest's profile is linked across all of them, keeping the highest tier that guest has reached at any one.
Where it runs
servearound runs in the browser, on the tablets, phones and computers a venue already has. The host stand, the pass and the office open the same app, each on the screen they work at. Staff logins and screen pairing come with every plan. Guests download nothing: the booking page and the menu open in their phone's browser.
How it is sold
There are three plans, each priced per venue, per month:
- Starter: Reservations & Waitlist and Menus.
- Pro: Starter plus Order Fulfillment, for a venue that runs its whole service on servearound.
- Premium: everything, adding Guest CRM, Analytics and Campaigns.
A group pays less per venue as it adds venues. You pay in the currency of the country your business is billed in, and assisted setup is free on yearly plans. The pricing page has the figures. Signing up takes a Google account or an email address, and onboarding asks which modules you want and what your venues are called.
What comes next
servearound grows the way it was built: new work arrives inside the same system, on the same records, rather than as another tool beside it. Next on the list:
- Inventory tracking, for the stock behind the menu.
- Kitchen ticket printing, for kitchens that want paper beside their screens.
- Card payments, taken through servearound itself.
- Deposits on bookings, for the nights and parties that need one.
- Staff rotas, planned in the same place as the bookings.
Each one will be announced here when it arrives.
What this page is for
This is where servearound's news goes: product releases, company announcements and where to find us. The longer guides for people running a service are on the blog. If you run a restaurant, or a group of them, the pricing page is the place to start, or write to us.
